1920’s remodel

Who loves to watch renovation shows on TV, hands up? We do. Here’s a fixer upper dream project we were part of (not on TV though unfortunately).

This 1920’s beauty is going under a renovation down to studs. The owner is keeping all of the 1920’s original oak woodwork, doors, windows etc. where possible. Everything else is going to be fitted into the style.

We received the construction blueprints and created 3D floor plans with 3D photos to illustrate the possibilities this house can reach. As instructed by our client we used bead board in the dining room and upstairs laundry room, off white walls, and bathroom tile designs from the era. A beautiful original fireplace mantel is kept in the Master Bedroom.
